System Independence Test
Check whether your company, project or brand can operate without the founder’s constant presence.
If every important decision, answer, correction and response to a problem must pass through one person, the system remains dependent.
This test helps assess whether knowledge, processes, responsibilities, access and daily operations have been transferred from the founder’s head into the structure.
The objective is not to remove the founder completely. It is to build a system that can operate, develop and preserve its standards even when its creator is not involved in every decision.

30 Days Without the Founder Map
Imagine that the founder cannot participate in daily operations for 30 days. The purpose is not to dramatise the situation but to run a practical resilience test.
One Resilience Procedure
Select one process whose absence most weakens the system. Writing a procedure is not enough — another person should be able to use it and achieve the correct result.
A company does not need to operate without its founder. It must not, however, become the founder’s hostage.
Resilience does not mean a system without people, errors or unexpected events. It means a structure with memory, ownership, clear standards, safeguards and the ability to continue operating.
Every process transferred from one person’s head into the structure increases the company’s capacity for growth, continuity and value creation.
